This splendid album of the legendary Hamburg punk bands around Jens Rachut, Christian Mevs and Stephan Mahler is finally available on vinyl again. With ANGESCHISSEN, a quartet entered the Hamburg punk scene in 1984, which was to be a style-defining feature for a whole subgenre and established the following evolution of Jens Rachut's bands. After the debut LP of 1988 followed in 1991 this split LP with six new SHOOTING songs and seven songs of DAS MOOR on the B-side. While the classics "Hello Death", "Weltschmerz" or "Angst macht no Lärm" by ANGESCHISSEN stand for the dissonant moods and drama, THE MOOR presents songs like "Murder me", "9. Stick "or" pack ice "the fast-paced and broken by Breaks US Hardcore in the foreground. Crowned by Rachut's hoarse and bright singing, which carries the ambiguous and sinister lyrics, here was the blueprint for German-speaking Emopunk, as he enjoys today's highest popularity.
