Sweatshop Boys are the catchiest band I’ve ever heard from Israel. However, I’ll concede that I’ve only heard a small handful of bands from the country, so let’s just say that Sweatshop Boys are one of the catchiest bands I’ve ever heard. They play a blend of pop punk and garage rock that’s bouncy, melodic, and a tad bit dark all at the same time. Fans of Marked Men and Red Dons should take note. Fun fact: this album is one of the only albums all 3 (other) members of Low Culture asked “What the hell is this? It’s really good!” almost in unison when on tour out of the hundreds I make them listen to when I’m driving.
